Which part is for me?
One product, a front door for each job.
Is ScheduleFC one app or several?
One product with a front door for each job. Parents build a family calendar that merges every kid's team schedule into one link. Team managers get a workspace for running the season — reschedules, coach calendars, tournaments. On top of those sit two smaller add-ons you can buy on their own: Link Locker for keeping every league table and cup bracket in one place, and Tournament Day for putting a club's whole tournament weekend on one public link. They all read schedules from the team apps you already use.
I'm a parent AND a team manager — which do I need?
Both, and they don't fight: the family calendar is for following your own kids across their teams and sharing one link with family; the workspace is for running a team. One account can hold both — a team manager can add a family calendar from inside the app.
Where does Tournament Day fit in?
It's its own product, built for clubs on tournament weekends. When a club sends its teams to a tournament, Tournament Day turns the club's own schedule export into one public link for the weekend — every team, every field, readable on a phone at the field. It's sold as link credits, not a subscription.
Does my club have to use ScheduleFC before my family can?
No. The family calendar reads the calendar link your team app already gives you — PlayMetrics, TeamSnap, GameChanger, or any ICS feed — so it works whether or not your club has ever heard of us. It's free for the first month, then $5/year for the whole family, and nothing changes for your coach.
The family calendar
Every kid's games and practices on one link.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes — you'll set up an account so you can come back and change what feeds your calendar as seasons and teams change. It's one account for the whole family, and only you need it: everyone you share the calendar with just opens a link.
Does the rest of my family need an app or an account?
No — and they never pay either. You send one link. They can open it in any browser to see the schedule, or subscribe it into the calendar app already on their phone — Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook — and your kids' games show up alongside everything else in their week, updating on their own.
Which team apps does it work with?
PlayMetrics, TeamSnap, GameChanger, and any team that publishes a calendar link (an ICS or webcal URL) — which is nearly all of them. You paste the same link your team already gave you; nothing changes for your coach or club.
What if my kids play different sports?
That's exactly the case this is built for. Each kid gets their own color and each calendar gets its own sport, so a soccer game, a swim meet, and a basketball practice all land in one calendar and you can still tell at a glance whose is whose.
What happens when a game gets moved?
It updates itself. Your calendar reads from each team's own feed, so when the coach or club moves a game in their app, the change flows through to your calendar and to everyone you shared it with. Nobody re-sends a screenshot.
What does it cost?
Your first month is free, with no card needed — the link and calendar feeds work fully from day one. After that it's $5/year for your whole family — every kid, every sport, however many teams. There's no per-kid or per-team pricing, and the people you share it with never pay anything.
Setting it up and sharing it
Where the links come from, how often it updates, who can see it.
Where do I find my team's calendar link?
In PlayMetrics, open the team schedule and look for Subscribe or Sync to Calendar. In TeamSnap it's under Schedule → Subscribe. In GameChanger it's the team calendar's Subscribe option. You want the long link ending in .ics, or one starting with webcal:// — either works here. If your team app only offers 'Add to Google Calendar', that works too; copy the address it gives you.
How often does it refresh?
Roughly twice a day, and whenever someone loads the page. Calendar apps that have subscribed to the feed check on their own schedule too — usually every few hours — so a change made in a team app on Tuesday night is in everyone's calendar well before the weekend.
What happens when a game moves or gets cancelled?
The change comes from the team's own feed, so you don't do anything. The moved game shifts to its new time and a cancelled one drops out — for you and for everyone who subscribed to your link. Nobody needs a new link and nobody needs telling.
What about next season, when the teams change?
Your link stays the same forever. When a season ends, open your calendar from the edit link in your email and swap in the new team's calendar address. Everyone who already subscribed keeps seeing the right games — you never re-send anything.
Who can see my calendar?
Anyone you send the link to. It isn't listed anywhere, isn't indexed by search engines, and the address is long and unguessable — but treat it like any link: whoever has it can open it. It shows the games and practices you chose to include and nothing else about you.
Can I share the games but not the practices?
Yes. Each calendar you add has an Include setting — games and practices, or games only — so you can put everything in your own view while grandparents only see the games worth driving to.
Link Locker
Every league table and bracket, kept by kid.
What exactly does it save?
The web address of the page you'd otherwise go looking for — a league standings table, a cup bracket, a tournament schedule. Just the link, tagged with which kid and which sport it belongs to.
Does it pull in the standings or the bracket itself?
No, and that's deliberate. Every organiser publishes differently and most change format between seasons, so anything we copied would be wrong sooner or later. Opening the link shows you whatever that site is showing right now, which is always current by definition.
What happens to last season?
Archive it. It folds away under Previous instead of being deleted, so the year they went to the semi-final is still there when someone asks — just not cluttering this season.
Can I send one to another parent?
Yes — every saved competition has a Copy button that puts the link on your clipboard, ready to paste into a text. Your locker itself stays private; nobody sees your list.
Is there a page other people can see?
Only if you also have a family calendar and switch it on. Then the calendar page you already share gains a Competitions tab beside the schedule. It's off by default, and a locker on its own has no public page at all.
How many can I save?
Three for free, which is about one kid's season. Activating lifts the limit. Link Locker is its own product with its own yearly price — if you also have a family calendar, that's billed separately, and cancelling one doesn't touch the other.
What if I don't want a family calendar?
Then don't build one. A locker stands on its own — you can start one, use it for years, and never touch the calendar side.
The team manager workspace
Running the season: reschedules, coach calendars, share links.
Does ScheduleFC build my schedule from scratch?
No — your league publishes the dates and your club scheduler assigns times to them before the season starts. Once that schedule flows into your team app, ScheduleFC takes over for the team manager: pulls in every game and runs the three-way reschedule workflow with opposing teams (looping the club scheduler in only when a home field is involved).
How does pricing work?
Every workspace is free for the first 6 months. After that, team managers pay $10/year — or a $50 one-time lifetime membership — for up to 3 coaches. Paid subscriptions renew on your payment anniversary.
Can a single team manager use it without their club signing up?
Yes — it's built for exactly that. Your workspace is your own: the full reschedule workflow, coach calendars, and parent share link, with nothing for your club to sign up for.
Can my coaches and parents see the schedule without creating an account?
Yes. Every team has a public share link you can send to coaches and families. They see games, competitions, and tournament details without logging in.
How does ScheduleFC get my games?
Connect your team app's calendar feed — PlayMetrics, TeamSnap, or any ICS calendar. ScheduleFC pulls every game in on every login plus a daily refresh, so your schedule stays current without any manual entry. Reschedules you make in ScheduleFC stay put even when the feed lags behind.
Trials, renewals, and cancelling
What each thing costs and when you're charged.
How does the Team Manager plan price work?
Free for 6 months from signup. After that it's $10/year, or a $50 one-time lifetime membership if you'd rather pay once and never think about it again. Manage your own teams and add up to 3 coaches. Other team managers who share your coach get their own workspace — and their own 6 free months — so you can coordinate reschedules together. Parents who just want to see games use a public share link — no account needed for them.
When do subscriptions renew?
Every workspace gets a 6-month free trial from signup. After the trial, paid subscriptions renew on your payment anniversary — the date you first subscribed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions can be canceled from the Stripe billing portal; you keep access through the end of the paid period. A $50 lifetime membership never renews — pay once, keep it for good.
Can I get a refund?
Within 30 days of a charge, yes — email us and we'll sort it out. After that we don't refund, which is the usual arrangement for a subscription. Two specifics worth knowing: Tournament Day credits are refunded only while they're unused, so we take back whatever is left and any link you already published stays live; and the $50 lifetime membership isn't refundable, since it's a one-time purchase you keep for good. Cancelling is a separate thing from a refund — it stops the next renewal and you keep access until the period you've paid for runs out.
Tournament Day
A club's whole tournament weekend on one link.
Where does the schedule come from?
Your club's own schedule export from the tournament's website — the Export Club Schedule link. Upload the file, or paste the link and we read it. Either way it's your club's data, and it takes about a minute.
What if the schedule changes during the weekend?
It will — brackets firm up and kickoffs move. There's a Refresh button on the page itself, so anyone standing at a field can pull the latest without waiting for you. It's limited to once every 30 minutes across everyone viewing, so a hundred parents refreshing costs one update.
Does everyone need an account?
No. You need one to create it. Everyone you send the link to just opens it — parents, grandparents, coaches, your director. No app, no sign-up, no password.
Does it show who won the division?
No, and it won't pretend to. The club export contains fixtures and scores but no bracket or round information at all — nothing marks a game as a semifinal or a final. So the results page reports records: won, lost, drawn, goals, per team and against each club. Anything beyond that would be invented.
How is this different from the tournament's own schedule page?
That page shows the whole event and isn't built for a phone. This one is your club only, grouped by kickoff time so you can see where everyone is at 9:15, filterable to one team or one field, and it tells you what's next without scrolling.
What happens after the tournament?
The link keeps working, and a results summary appears on it: your club's overall record, how each team did, and how you fared against every other club there.
League Play
A club's league season — every weekend, every league — on one link.
Where does the schedule come from?
Your club's own schedule export from the league's website — the same Export Club Schedule link Tournament Day uses. Download the file, upload it, and the season is on the page in about a minute. Add each league's export and each State Cup event's, and they all land on the same link. Nothing is fetched from the league on your behalf; the file you hand us is what's read.
How do the scores get on there each week?
Someone uploads the latest export. After a weekend, the club's export carries the scores, so re-uploading it brings them in — and anyone standing on the sideline can do it from the page itself, not just the club. It's accepted once a day, and only when the file really is this club's schedule for this season; a different club's or a different season's file is refused without changing anything.
What does the results page show?
Records: won, lost, drawn and goals — for the club, for each team, against each opponent club, by weekend and by division. It does not show league standings, and it can't honestly: the export holds only your club's games, so nobody else's record is in it. Anything beyond your own results would be invented.
What if a game is postponed or moved?
The league's export carries a status column, and it shows on the game — Postponed, Rescheduled, Field change — so a postponed kickoff never reads as the next one up. When the league sets the new time, the next upload picks it up.
Why can't the link change?
Because it's been sent to every family in the club by then. The address is locked when you publish, and it's one link for the whole season — families keep the same bookmark from August to May. A credit pays for half of it: one for Fall, and one more when you add your spring league. Every league you play and every State Cup event goes on the same link, and cup events never use a credit.
How does a season work?
A link is named for the season its first game is in — 2026-2027 runs August to July — and you can rename it before publishing. Start it with your fall league, add each State Cup event as it's published, and add your spring league to the same link when its schedule is out. The page always opens on the weekend being played, and the results page splits Fall and Spring. There's a month-by-month walk-through at schedulefc.com/league-play/how-it-works.
How is this priced?
$25 a credit, or five for $100 — bought as a pack rather than a subscription. A credit covers Fall or Spring on one link, and State Cup events never use one. Credits never expire, drafts are free, and re-uploading the schedule all year is free. The first credit is spent when you publish, and the second when you add a spring league.
