Questions before you commit
Is the Team Manager plan really free?
Yes. Sign up, manage your own teams, invite another team manager (e.g. a co-managing partner) — all free. Team Manager accounts include one coach. If you need more (up to 3 coaches max), you can add them from inside the product. Parents who just want to see games use a public share link — no account needed for them.
Do team managers and coaches at a club need their own subscription?
No. The club's $500/year covers every team manager and every coach in that workspace. They sign up using an invite link from the club admin and get full access — no separate plan, no per-seat charge.
What if I outgrow the Team Manager plan and need to manage a club?
Create a Club workspace at any time. Clubs unlock unlimited coaches, team managers, the approval workflow, bulk team setup, and the club-wide dashboard. The Club plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
When do club subscriptions renew?
August 1 — the season anchor for most youth sports. Sign up as a club between April 16 and July 31 and you get free access through August 1; your first billing cycle starts at the natural season boundary, not on signup day.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Club subscriptions can be canceled from the Stripe billing portal; the club keeps access through the end of the paid period. Team Manager accounts are free — nothing to cancel.
