Baseball · multiple teams

Every baseball team your coach runs, in one calendar.

Travel ball, rec, a fall-ball squad — a lot of baseball coaches run two or three rosters at once, each living in its own GameChanger or TeamSnap. ScheduleFC reads all of those feeds and stacks them into one weekend view, so a Saturday doubleheader on one team doesn't quietly collide with another team's tournament pool game across town. It works alongside your team app — keep scoring, lineups, and rosters right where they are.

// the problem

GameChanger is great per team. The conflict is between teams.

Each baseball team keeps its own GameChanger or TeamSnap, and that's fine — that's where the live scoring and rosters belong. The trouble starts when one coach (or one family) is on the hook for more than one team: the only way to see whether Saturday actually works is to open every app and do the travel math in your head.

  • A doubleheader on the 12U travel team overlaps the 10U rec game two fields away.
  • Tournament pool play drops Friday, and now the whole weekend has to be re-checked against the other roster.
  • Drive time between complexes gets eyeballed, so back-to-back games end up impossible to actually make.
// how ScheduleFC handles it

Reads your GameChanger feed. Adds the multi-team view.

Connect each team's calendar link — GameChanger, TeamSnap, or any ICS/webcal feed — once. ScheduleFC pulls every game into a single weekend grid, color-coded per team, refreshed automatically. Travel-buffer overlays appear between back-to-back games at different complexes, so the open slots that are actually reachable are obvious.

  • Works with GameChanger (webcal/gc.com), TeamSnap, and any ICS calendar feed
  • One weekend grid, one row per team, color-coded games
  • Travel buffer = real driving time between complexes + warmup — not a flat guess
  • Reschedule with conflict detection across every team the coach runs
  • Free parent share link — send the merged schedule to grandparents with no app to install

Three moments where it pays off

Saturday doubleheader vs. a pool-play game

The 12U travel team has a doubleheader starting at noon; the 10U rec team picks up an 11am game 20 minutes away. ScheduleFC shows the overlap plus the drive-plus-warmup gap, so you catch it Thursday — not at the gate Saturday.

Tournament weekend lands late

Pool-play times post Friday night. Add the tournament to ScheduleFC, hold the dates, and let the GameChanger feed fill in the real game times — the rest of the weekend re-checks itself against your other team automatically.

Two baseball parents, one calendar

Kid on a travel team, sibling on rec. Paste both GameChanger links into a free family calendar and subscribe once — every game from both teams shows up in your phone's calendar, color-coded by kid.

Questions before you start

Does this replace GameChanger?
No. GameChanger stays your scoring, stats, and roster app. ScheduleFC reads its calendar feed and adds the cross-team view, conflict detection, and reschedule workflow that GameChanger doesn't do — especially when one coach or family is juggling more than one team.
How do I connect a GameChanger schedule?
GameChanger hands out a calendar subscription link (a webcal:// or gc.com URL). Paste it into ScheduleFC once; it normalizes the link, pulls every game, and refreshes automatically on a regular schedule. TeamSnap and any other ICS feed work the same way.
Is it only for soccer?
No — ScheduleFC is sport-neutral. It works for any youth sport whose team app exports a calendar feed, baseball and softball very much included. The multi-team coach problem is identical across sports.
What does it cost?
Free for individual team managers and parents. Clubs running it across many teams pay a flat annual rate with a 14-day trial. The merged family calendar is free.
