// league play · how it works

One link for the whole season.
A credit for Fall, one for Spring.

Your fall league, every State Cup event and your spring league all go on the same League Play link, from August to July. Families bookmark it once. Here’s what a real year looks like on it, and what you do when.

// one year, one link

Riverside United, 2026-2027

Five schedules, one address. The leagues are what you pay for; a cup event never uses a credit, even the knockout that runs into February.

A league’s half is its first game. August to December is Fall, January to July is Spring. A club in a second league in the same half — N1 beside a fall league, say — adds it to the link for nothing.
// month by month

What you do, and when

Six moments in the year. Most weeks it’s only the upload.

01
August

Create the link with your fall league

Upload your club's schedule export and publish. The link is named for the season — 2026-2027 — and it's the address families keep until next summer. This is the first credit.

02
Every week

Upload the latest export

After a weekend the export carries the scores. Anyone on the sideline can do it from the page itself, and re-uploading never costs anything.

03
As State Cup is published

Add each cup event to the same link

Choose “A cup round” and pick the round — Group Stage, Knockout and so on. Every event shows under one State Cup filter, with its round on each game. Cup events are always free.

04
December to February

Nothing to do

Once fall is played out, the page tells families the spring schedule is coming to this same link, so nobody goes looking for a new one.

05
March

Add your spring league

Upload the spring export on the same link's page. It's filed under Spring, and the review says what it costs before you confirm — the second credit.

06
July

Start next year

The link's page offers 2027-2028 with your club and this year's schedule names filled in, so next year is a list of new links to paste. This year's link stays up.

Start this year’s link with your fall league.
