How to share your kids' game schedule with grandparents (and the whole family)

Grandparents want to come to the games — they just need to know when they are. One link beats a hundred group-text screenshots, and it's never out of date.

"When's the next game?" is the most-asked question in every sports family's group text. The usual answer is a screenshot — which is wrong the moment a coach moves a game, and nobody knows which version to trust.

Send a link, not a screenshot

The ScheduleFC family calendar gives you one web link with every kid's games in a clean list — date, time, opponent, location. Send it once. It never goes stale, because it reads from the team apps and updates itself.

No login, no account, nothing to download. Grandma taps the link and sees the next game — which is the whole point.

Two ways to follow along

  • Just want to look? Send the web link.
  • Want it on your own calendar? Subscribe to the iCal link — one tap on iPhone, and games land in Apple, Google, or Outlook Calendar.

Either way it stays current on its own. The link is unguessable and unlisted, so only the people you send it to can see it — and the custom family page adds an approved-emails-only gate if you want more control.

How to share it

  1. Build your calendar at schedulefc.com/family-calendar.
  2. Copy the web link from the confirmation page or email.
  3. Drop it in the family group text or send it to grandma.

One link, sent once. Everybody knows when to show up.
