Setting up a family calendar when you have kids on multiple teams

Multiple kids, multiple teams, a different team app for each. The ScheduleFC family calendar merges all of them into a single feed. Free, no account, set it once and forget it.

What you get

Go to schedulefc.com/family-calendar, paste each kid's team calendar link, tag the sport, and enter your email. You get back:

  • A web link— every kid's games in one list, to share with anyone (great for grandparents). No login.
  • An iCal subscription— for Apple, Google, or Outlook Calendar, with the kid's name and sport in each title.
It updates itself. When a coach reschedules a game, your phone's calendar reflects the change within hours — nothing for you to do.

Set it up in three minutes

  1. Open schedulefc.com/family-calendar.
  2. Name the kid, paste their team's calendar link, pick the sport.
  3. Add another sport or another kid as needed.
  4. Enter your email and build it, then tap Subscribe.

Good to know

  • Any team app works— paste the "subscribe to calendar" / ICS link from PlayMetrics, TeamSnap, GameChanger, Byga, GotSport, or any calendar URL.
  • No expiry date.Your calendar stays live as long as it's in use, and the link never changes.
  • Free. An optional custom page adds a vanity URL, a games-only view, and a private gate.
